- Managed Apple’s global risk assessment program, overhauling program management and invoicing systems, creating 20 SOPs and multiple SOWs to standardize operations and improve execution consistency.
- Directed a vendor team of eight, overseeing budgets and forecasts, ensuring on-time delivery of risk assessments and reports through close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Redesigned teams operational dashboard, eliminating inefficiencies and improving data accuracy by 15%.
