Hi! I’m Sara, and I’m looking for my next adventure.

I’m a Program Manager, with over 15 years experience managing programs and projects. Program management to me is all about keeping tabs on all the moving parts (detail-oriented), diving deep into the process and asking questions (cradle to grave mindset), and continuously asking if we are doing the right thing, in the best way. What I love most about being a Program Manager is that it provides the opportunity to wear multiple hats, to be a problem solver, and to often take on new challenges that allow me to learn new things. I specialize in continuous improvement and innovation across operations programs. Standardizing processes and implementing system automations to create process efficiencies and allow for increases in scope is where I excel.

  • Process Improvement: Along with creating an SOP for a process or overall program, getting my hands dirty to identify the cracks and gaps where improvement opportunities hide is something I excel in.
  • Training and Mentorship: I take pride in onboarding new team members and serving as point of contact who people go to for help when they get stuck whether it’s a system issue, process question, or sensitive escalation that needs an extra review.
